What is a local presence?

Having a local presence means your company conducts real business (not a fictional one) in a specific location. Examples of having a local presence may be: having a local office with hired staff and a working phone, buying/selling goods from/to local contractors/customers, having a website with local domain, paying taxes in local budget etc.
