Who is a beneficiary of the company?

Company beneficiary (also known as "ultimate beneficiary") is a person, who holds shares of the company and gains profits from it's commercial activity. Beneficiary may not necessarily hold shares, however, as long as he gains profit fro the company, he is considered an ultimate beneficiary.
